I went out today for a cheeky little 7km run in the forest. It was beautiful and the sun was shinning whilst it maintained a temp of -3......yes cold. Atually it was fairly refreshin though to have a good run straight after all the festivity of Chrstmas and New Year and all that food.
Off Skiing tomorrow and have no idea if I'll manage any running there.
